目前我国高职院校内部存在着各式各样的文化主体,他们彼此之间存在较为强烈的冲突现象,为日后高职院校特殊的校园文化体系衍生,奠定了基础。不过需要注意的是,教师始终是高职院校办学活动的参与主体,他们时刻承担着社会所需的高技能应用型人才培养使命,因此这类人力资源建设模式和质量,将直接决定今后职业人才教育培养水平,以及职业教育整体的成败结果。因此,笔者的任务,就是在理清当前多元文化主体冲突现象衍生的原委基础上,结合实际探讨日后高职院校教师队伍科学妥善化建设的措施,希望能够为日后高职教育事业可持续改革发展,提供合理的保障条件。
At present, there are all kinds of cultural subjects in the higher vocational colleges in our country. They have a strong conflict with each other, which lays the foundation for the derivation of the special campus culture system in higher vocational colleges in the future.
