潘生丁为1961年问世的非硝酸酯扩张冠状动脉治疗心绞痛的药物,近年应用较广泛,其副作用主要有恶心、腹泻、头痛、眩晕等,发生过敏性休克罕见,笔者遇见1例,报告如下: 男患,61岁。因心肌供血不足,于1991年10月22日入院,查体:T36.2℃,P84次/分R19次/分,BP17/12kPa,双肺(-),心律84次/分律整,心音低钝,未闻及杂音,拟诊:冠心病,给予口服潘生丁25mg,复方丹参片3片,Vit E0.1;2小时后自觉全身瘙痒,继而出现全身荨麻疹,以双上肢内侧为甚。1小时后恶心呕吐,全身冒冷汗、胸闷、烦躁。查体BP8/0
