楚28平1井原设计为水平井,由于地层原因提前完钻,成为大斜度定向井。完钻井深为2990 m,最大井斜角为85.01°,井底水平位移为390.33 m。针对大斜度定向井固井的难点,优选了G级水泥加入10%微硅作为基础材料,再加入适量的降失水剂、减阻剂、早强剂和膨胀剂等组成水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系失水量小于50mL,游离液为0,水泥浆的密度差甚微,稳定性能好,且稠化过渡时间短,防窜性能优良。同时,在施工过程中,优化了钻井液性能,提高了套管居中度,采用驱油型冲洗液和套管漂浮等技术,提高了水泥浆的顶替效率和水泥环的封隔效果,保证了大斜度井的固井质量。
