针对现代大型预焙阳极电解槽生产金属铝中碳块陶瓷涂层以及光催化和低膨胀陶瓷涂层的应用 ,进行了低成本电解溶胶 -陶瓷化学键合工艺方法的研究 .在金属盐水溶液中 ,用电化学方法制备了 (氢 )氧化铝、二氧化钛复合颗粒胶液 ,并与外加烧结微米级SiC颗粒复合形成涂层 .由化学热力学数据库分析了 2 98.15K下Ti-Al-H2 O系可能形成物种的趋势 ,构筑在一定配比下Al2 O3·H2 O和TiO2 共存的平衡相图 .经电解得到的胶液与SiC混合后热处理形成涂层 ,由XRD和SEM分析物相和形貌 .结果表明 ,电解形成了α -Al2 O3,TiO2 以及金属间化合物AlTi和AlTi3 相 ,单组分或多组分的金属氧化物胶液对SiC颗粒在基板上的分散具有明显推动作用
