头孢匹罗抗菌谱广，抗菌活性强．特别适合于中性粒细胞减少患者的感染、下呼吸道严重感染、败血症、上下泌尿道并发感染。头孢匹罗属于第四代头孢菌素，它在分子上有四价铵基并带有正电荷，具有两性，头孢匹罗能很好地穿透革兰氏阴性菌细胞膜。头孢匹罗对β－内酚胺酶的亲和力较低，有耐受性，在细胞质间隙中达到的浓度很高．并与青霉素结合蛋白－３结合，因此对革兰氏阴性菌活性很强。大多数肠杆菌对头孢匹罗高度敏感，头孢匹罗对铜绿假单胞菌活性很好，对粪肠球菌也有活性。金黄色葡萄球菌对低浓度头孢匹罗高度敏感。头孢匹罗不良反应发生率与头孢他啶和头孢曲松相同。

Cefpirome belongs to the fourth generation cephalosporin, which has a tetravalent ammonium group in the molecule and has a positive charge, has the gender, and cefpirome can well penetrate the gram-negative bacterial cell membrane. Cefpilomelo has low affinity for beta-endo-amidase and is tolerant, with high concentrations achieved in the cytoplasmic space. Most Enterobacteriaceae are highly sensitive to cefpirome, and cefpirome has good activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and activity against Enterococcus faecalis. Staphylococcus aureus is highly sensitive to low concentrations of cefpirome. The incidence of adverse reactions of cefpirome was similar to ceftazidime and ceftriaxone.
