由于国家禁止将硝铵作为化肥销售,提出用半料浆法将硝铵制成硝基NPK。由于尿基NPK和硝基NPK存在共同特点——临界相对湿度仅50%左右,易吸湿,故提出采用两段干燥的工艺流程,干燥采用低温、大风量,控制物料温度≤80℃,干燥到w(H2O)≤1.0%。对硝基NPK生产的基本原理(半料浆法)、工艺条件、生产特点、工艺设计、生产和市场前景进行了论述。
As the country forbids the sales of ammonium nitrate as fertilizer, it is proposed that the half-slurry method be used to make ammonium nitrate as NPK. Because of the common features of urinary NPK and NPK, the critical relative humidity is only about 50%, which is easy to absorb moisture. Therefore, a two-stage drying process is proposed. Drying adopts low temperature and large air volume, and the temperature of the material is controlled to ≤80 ℃. w (H2O) ≤1.0%. Nitro-NPK production of the basic principles (semi-slurry method), process conditions, production characteristics, process design, production and market prospects were discussed.
