由于受体放射配体结合测定法的应用和蛋白质分离纯化技术的进步,近十年来,激素受体的研究发展很快。对各种激素受体存在于细胞的部位、在体内的分布、物理化学性质以及和激素结合后如何引起生理效应等方面都积累了许多资料,并已开始进入病理学和临床医学的领域。激素受体受血中激素浓度的调节,糖皮质激素受体在细胞内的再循环可能是需要能量的过程。因此,除了遗传性和自家免疫性受体病外,激素受体的继发性变化值得重视。有些恶性肿瘤有激素受体,分析这类肿瘤的激素受体,对于预测激素治疗的疗效有一定帮助。
Due to the application of receptor radioligand binding assay and the progress of protein separation and purification technology, the research of hormone receptor has been developed rapidly in recent ten years. Many kinds of data have been accumulated in the location of various hormone receptors in the cell, the distribution in the body, physicochemical properties and physiological effects caused by hormone binding, and have begun to enter the field of pathology and clinical medicine. Hormone receptors are regulated by blood hormone levels, and recycling of glucocorticoid receptors in the cell may be a process requiring energy. Therefore, in addition to hereditary and autoimmune receptor disease, secondary changes in hormone receptors deserve attention.
