目的:分析外科抗菌药的应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:调查我院外科2006年6月～2007年12月住院病历1417份,进行统计分析。结果:1417份病历中,存在不合理应用抗菌药的病历共310份,占24.2%。抗菌药不合理应用的问题有:预防性用药时间长、预防性用药时机选择不当、给药方案不当、经验性用药多及标本送检率低等。结论:医院应加强对抗菌药应用的管理。
Objective: To analyze the application of surgical antibacterials and promote the rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods: Surveys in our hospital surgery from June 2006 to December 2007 in hospital medical records 1417, for statistical analysis. Results: Of the 1417 medical records, there were 310 cases of irrational use of antibacterials, accounting for 24.2%. Inappropriate use of antimicrobial drugs are: preventive medication for a long time, preventive medication improper timing, improper dosing regimens, empirical medication and the specimen delivery rate is low. Conclusion: The hospital should strengthen the management of antibacterials application.
