天津市建筑科学研究所研制成功了固定平模干—湿结合热养护混凝土新工艺。它是利用普通蒸气,采用封闭循环,集中加热底模和养护罩,可进行单、双面加热的干—湿结合热养护工艺(见图照)。采用这种工艺,可使混凝土在升温期处于低湿干热养护过程,有利于混凝土内部气、液相的转移和减少热物理作用对混凝土结构的破坏;当转入恒温养护时采取高温湿热养护加速混凝土的硬化。
The Tianjin Institute of Building Science has successfully developed a new technology for fixed-mode dry-wet heat-conserving concrete. It is the use of ordinary steam, the use of closed loop, centralized heating of the bottom mold and curing hood, can be single, double-sided heating dry-wet combination thermal curing process (see photos). With this process, the concrete can be maintained in a low-humidity, dry-heat curing process during the warming period, which is conducive to the transfer of the gas and liquid phases inside the concrete and the reduction of the thermal physics to the concrete structure; when it is transferred to the constant temperature curing, it is accelerated by high-temperature moist heat.
