通过光谱分析法定量测量了甘蓝型油菜(B.napus,L.)种子表面颜色的光度学和色度学指标,把甘蓝型油菜种皮颜色的变异分为8级,使相邻两级之间相差5个 NBS 色差单位。级别愈高,颜色愈深。通过相关和回归分析表明,在相同的遗传背景中,甘蓝型油菜种皮颜色与种籽含油量之间存在着显著负相关〔r=(-0.408)-(-0.662)〕。黄籽平均含油量比非黄籽(黑籽或紫红籽)高1.54~4.26%。种皮颜色每降低一个级别时,种籽含油量将相应地提高0.65%。种皮切片的初步观测表明,种皮厚度的改变是造成种皮颜色与种子含油量相互变化的决定因素之一。
The spectrophotometric and spectrophotometric methods were used to quantitatively measure the photometric and colorimetric indexes of the surface color of B.napus L. seeds. The variation of the seed coat color of B. napus was divided into eight levels, Between the 5 NBS color difference unit. The higher the level, the deeper the color. Correlation and regression analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between seed color and seed oil content in the same genetic background (r = (- 0.408) - (-0.662)]. The average yellow seed oil content is 1.54 ~ 4.26% higher than the non-yellow seed (black seed or purple seed). For each level of seed coat color reduction, seed oil content will be correspondingly increased by 0.65%. Preliminary observations of the seed coat sections showed that the change in the seed coat thickness was one of the determinants of the mutual change in seed coat color and seed oil content.
