在城市修建轨道交通工程,不可避免地要在地表建、构筑物附近或下方穿过。隧道在开挖过程中,由于围岩可能受到被扰动、破坏、失稳变形以及地下水流失,从而导致地面变形,使建、构筑物受到影响,甚至破坏,影响使用的安全性。某城际轨道交通项目为暗挖法隧道。下穿房屋建筑物的浅埋暗挖区间需要防止因隧道暗挖施工引起地层移动和地表下沉,防止地表及周边既有建筑物发生过量变形与破坏。这不仅需要保证隧道工程本体施工的安全,还须妥善地解决隧道工程对附近既有建筑物的影响问题,更是具有相当重大的技术难题。
It is inevitable that the rail transit project will be built in or near the city’s surface and structures. During excavation of the tunnel, the surrounding rock may be disturbed, damaged, destabilized and lost of groundwater, resulting in deformation of the ground, causing the construction and structures to be affected or even destroyed, affecting the safety of use. An intercity rail transit project is a tunneling method. Under-buried shallow digging interval of building should prevent formation movement and surface subsidence caused by tunnel excavation, and prevent excessive deformation and destruction of the existing buildings on the ground surface and the surrounding area. This not only needs to ensure the safety of the construction of the tunnel project itself, but also properly solves the problem of the impact of the tunnel project on the existing buildings in the vicinity and moreover has quite a significant technical difficulty.
