内部控制相关规范的颁布,为我国企业建立健全内部控制提出了要求。本文详尽剖析了我国上市公司内部控制中存在的问题,并提出解决问题的若干建议。
The promulgation of the relevant norms of internal control has put forward requirements for the establishment and improvement of internal control of enterprises in China. This paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the internal control of listed companies in our country and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.
