The United States public enterprises take the form of enterprises and entrepreneurial innovation and efficiency to fulfill the economic functions of the government and solve social problems so as to accomplish the tasks entrusted to them more efficiently. As a result, businesses, like government organizations, are seen as an alternative form of organization that performs government functions. From another perspective, the government is seeking and designing an organizational form, and the only options available in its toolbox are those that exist in the public and private sectors.
