【定义】突然发生的原因不明的感音神经性聋。【诊断依据】1．突然发生的（注）非波动性感音神经性听力损失，常为中或重度。2原因不明。3．可伴耳鸣。4．可伴眩晕、恶心、呕吐，但不反复发作。5．除第见颅神经外，无其他颅神经受损症状。注：多在3日内听力急剧下降。【疗效评
