采用２ ，３二氨基萘荧光光度法测定了蚌埠地区主要粮食及一些蔬菜中微量元素硒的含量。实验结果提示：该地区粮食中的硒含量接近国内其它非克山病地区的平均值。
The contents of trace element selenium in main grains and some vegetables in Bengbu were determined by 2, 3-diaminonaphthalene fluorescence spectrometry. The experimental results suggest that the selenium content of grain in this area is close to the average of other non-Keshan areas in China.
