文章所设计图像采集系统的光电成像器件采用OmniVision公司制造的OV7120 CMOS图像传感器,利用基于CY7C68013A控制器芯片的支持USB3.0(向下兼容2.0)接口,以大容量NAND门闪速存储器和基于通用可编程微处理器AT90S8515的通用可编程接口GPIF FLOWSTATES流模式,实现与传感器的无胶连接,实现了串行总线对图像系统数据的实时传输。该设计结构简单、高效、使用方便、成本低廉,特别适用于高速图像采集的硬件系统。
The optoelectronic imaging device of the image acquisition system designed by this paper adopts the OV7120 CMOS image sensor manufactured by OmniVision Company. The CY7C68013A controller chip is used to support the USB 3.0 (backward compatible 2.0) interface, the high-capacity NAND gate flash memory and the universal Programmable microprocessor AT90S8515 common programmable interface GPIF FLOWSTATES stream mode, and the sensor to achieve a glueless connection to achieve real-time transmission of serial bus image system data. The design structure is simple, efficient, easy to use, low cost, especially suitable for high-speed image acquisition hardware system.
