本文介绍用电子计算机及光电-光纤测温元件进行热场多点微时差密集测温的方法。对于小型铸件或类似的快速变化的热场测温,由于空间、时间的约束,要求各测温点之间采样时差尽量小,同点采样间隔短、读数分辨率高。传统的以热电偶为一次仪表,以电子电位差计或光线示波记录仪为二次仪表的测温系统不能满足上述要求。本文通过模拟与实测提出了光电-光纤测温与电子计算机相结合的热场多点测温系统,为多点、微时差、密集热场测温提供了新的方法。
This article describes the use of electronic computers and optical fiber - fiber temperature measurement device for multi-point differential thermal time-intensive temperature measurement method. For small castings or similar rapidly changing thermal field temperature measurement, due to space and time constraints, the sampling time difference between the temperature measurement points is required to be as small as possible, and the sample sampling interval at the same point is short, and the reading resolution is high. The traditional thermocouple as a meter to the electronic potentiometer or light oscilloscope as a secondary instrument temperature measurement system can not meet the above requirements. In this paper, the thermal field multi-point temperature measurement system based on photoelectric-optical fiber temperature measurement combined with computer is proposed by simulation and measurement, which provides a new method for temperature measurement of multi-point, micro-time difference and intensive thermal field.
