在市场经济下,国有企业所面临的竞争越来越激烈,为此很多国有企业办公室不得不从根本上改变企业的运行规则,建立其符合市场经济的企业内部管理机制。但是在企业的内部管理中,企业内部管理的灵魂是协调督察;企业管理机制是硬性的,建立管理的模式,重点应体现企业管理的协调督查。本文的研究通过借助企业协调督查模式的变革,对国有企业的协调督察管理模式进行重新创新,以改善企业管理,提高运营的稳定性,增强竞争力。
Under the market economy, the competition faced by state-owned enterprises is more and more fierce. Therefore, many SOE offices have to fundamentally change their operating rules and set up their internal management mechanism in line with the market economy. However, in the internal management of enterprises, the soul of the internal management of the enterprise is coordinating the inspector. The enterprise management mechanism is rigid and the mode of management is established. The coordination and inspection of the enterprise management should be emphasized. In this paper, by relying on the change of the mode of enterprise coordination inspection, the research of this paper re-innovated the coordination supervision and management mode of state-owned enterprises so as to improve the management of enterprises, enhance the stability of operation and enhance the competitiveness.
