思想政治工作研究的是人,一个人之所以为人,便是有人性,因此,思想政治工作研究的也就是人性,而主体意识作用人性体现的一个重要的标志,就要求我们重视人本思想的重要性,坚持以人为本,才能从根本上解决当前思想政治工作中所遇到的一些问题。本文通过对人性的了解入手,揭示出人本思想的重要性,并提出一些增强人本思想的措施。
