为实现植物油厂含油废水的资源化利用,探索了以经生物吸附回收的废水脂质为碳源,通过Bacillus subtilis FO211发酵产脂肽类生物表面活性剂的工艺条件。运用响应面分析法优化培养条件,结果表明,在以菜籽粕提取物为氮源时最佳培养基中含菌体-脂质复合物27.5g/L, FeSO_42.4mg/L,MnSO_4 0.09g/L,在培养温度30℃,培养72h后表面活性剂产量达950mg/L。经红外图谱验证所获生物表面活性剂为脂肽类生物表面活性剂。
In order to realize the resource utilization of oily wastewater from vegetable oil plant, the technological conditions of lipogenic peptide biosurfactant fermentation by Bacillus subtilis FO211 were explored using wastewater lipid recovered by biosorption as carbon source. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the culture conditions. The results showed that the best medium containing 27.5 g / L of microbial-lipid complex, FeSO42.4 mg / L, MnSO 4 0.09 g / L, at a culture temperature of 30 ℃, 72h after the surfactant production reached 950mg / L. The biosurfactant obtained by infrared spectrum was lipopeptide biosurfactant.
