目的 研究CT中耳仿真内镜的检查方法、镜下表现及临床应用。材料与方法 对 10例正常及 30例耳部流脓、外耳道闭锁、听力下降患者行容积扫描 ,床速 1mm/s ,准直器宽度 1mm ,螺距 1.0 ;对两侧颞骨用高分辨骨算法小视野重建 ,间隔 0 .2mm ,图像传入工作站 ,利用Navigator软件对容积数据进行三维重建 ,获得中耳仿真内镜图像。结果 移动仿真内镜 ,能清楚显示外听道 ,中耳腔内、外、前、后内表面 ,还可从不同角度观察听骨链 ,且获得的图像质量高 ,不足之处是不能区分内表面密度差异。结论 CT中耳仿真内镜提供了一种新的方法 ,可使中耳这一复杂部位的解剖细节显示得更好
