前言山西省汾河流域水源保护规划(简称<规划>)是《黄河治理开发规划修订任务书》中黄河水源保护的重要组成部分,也是黄河流域各省区制定国民经济发展规划所必须进行的一项工作,根据城乡建设环境保护部和水利电力部的部署,由山西省环保局和省水利厅合作,组织有关专业人员,按黄河水源保护规划工作大纲和技术要点要求,并结合我省具体情况进行工作。经过一年多的积极努力,已于1987年5月提出规划报告,又邀请省内外有关专家、教授和科技人员进行了评
