中小学的校长能够对学校的改革起到直接的影响,也将直接对学校的办学成效产生较大的作用。所以对中小学校长进行合理高效的培训对于中国教育事业的发展而言有着极大的推动作用。曾经在对校长进行培训的过程中,主要是完善他们的知识体系,进而提升他们管理学校的能力。而根据相应的调查不难得出,传统培训模式过于注重理论知识,在现实中的应用效果并不是十分明显。因此,在近期以来,中国对中小学校长的培训中已经开始了实践创新,逐步将培训的重心放到提升校长的实际管控能力上,根据相应实际活动的开展,进一步落实其能力提高的培训方案。本论文对中国中小学校长的培训过程进行了简要分析,进而结合当下学校管理能力的实际要求,引申出中小学校长培训模式的创新方案。
Primary and secondary school principals can have a direct impact on the reform of schools and will also have a direct impact on the effectiveness of school running. Therefore, the reasonable and efficient training for the principals of primary and secondary schools has a great impetus for the development of education in China. In the process of training principals, we have mainly improved their knowledge systems so as to enhance their ability to run schools. According to the corresponding survey is not difficult to come to the conclusion that the traditional training mode is too much emphasis on theoretical knowledge, the actual application effect is not obvious. Therefore, in the near future, China has started practicing and innovating in the training of primary and secondary school principals, gradually focusing its training on improving the actual management and control ability of principals, and further implementing its training programs with enhanced capabilities based on the corresponding actual activities . This paper briefly analyzes the training process of China’s primary and secondary school principals, and then combines with the actual requirements of the current management ability of schools to develop innovative solutions for the training mode of primary and secondary school principals.
