山西省运城地处山西与河南交界地区,经济欠发达。运城洗涤剂厂“破产”案,一度给运城中行造成很大压力。但该行排除干扰,克服困难,走出银行,深入企业,狠抓清贷收息工作,取得了较好的成绩。1995年收回有问题贷款2835万元,完成省行任务的150%,是该行1992至1994年三年收贷总和的六倍多,名列山西省中行系统第一名。该行做好此项工作的主要经验是:抓住一个关键,突出一个重点,处理好四方面的关系。
Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, is located in the junction of Shanxi and Henan, economically underdeveloped. Yuncheng detergent factory “bankruptcy ” case, once caused great pressure to Yuncheng Bank. However, the bank ruled out interference, overcome difficulties, walked out of the bank, deepened the enterprises and paid close attention to the interest-paying work of clearing loans, and achieved good results. In 1995, it recovered 28.5 million yuan of loans in question and completed 150% of the tasks of the provincial bank, which is more than six times the total amount of loans and receipts of the bank in the three years from 1992 to 1994, ranking first in the BOC system of Shanxi Province. The Bank’s main experience in doing this is to grasp a key issue, highlight a key issue and handle the relationship in all four aspects.
