本文论述了文化能力与交际能力的意义和重要性以及两者之间的关系，认为文化能力是对文化知识，特别是交际文化知识的掌握能力；交际能力是利用语言和非语言手段进行顺利且得体的交际的能力。文化能力的培养与提高取决于对交际文化知识的掌握，并应遵循实用性、阶段性和适用性的原则。
This paper discusses the significance and importance of cultural competence and communicative competence as well as the relationship between the two. It holds that cultural competence is the mastery of cultural knowledge, especially communicative and cultural knowledge. The communicative competence is a combination of verbal and non- Decent communication skills. The cultivation and improvement of cultural competence depend on the mastery of communicative and cultural knowledge and should follow the principle of practicability, stage and applicability.
