津西钢铁集团公司是迁西县与天津市共同投资建设的一家国有中型钢铁企业。1988年建成投产,1990年达产生效,而且利税逐年攀升。今年利税可达1亿元,是1990年的25倍。10年来,津西累计实现利税总额达4亿元,增加社会纯收入4亿元,企业现有固定资产5亿元,均是企业当年投资的10倍。也就是说,津西10年来赚出了30个原始企业。追寻其成功经验,津西人自豪地说:“经验千条万条,最重要的一条是工人能够当家做主,3000职工真正拧成了一股绳。”让工人当家做主,就要敢于让职工成长进步领导企业在津西,有一批年轻有为、令人叹服的企业管理人才,而更让人难以相信地是他们全部来自企业一线职工。津西职工当家做主首先在这里得到了最直接的体现。
Jinxi Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned medium-sized steel enterprise jointly invested by Qianxi County and Tianjin Municipality.
