Platelets have an independent enzyme system of the synthetic series E, A and F, E_1 and A_1 and F_ (12) are inhibitors of platelet aggregation, whereas E_2 and F_2 exert the opposite effects on this process. The authors studied 53 male patients, 36-60 years of age. According to the degree of coronary atherosclerosis patients were divided into 3 groups. Twenty healthy people served as control group.
