直肠癌是比较常见的恶性肿瘤之一。也和其他癌症一样,如欲取得较好的治疗效果,仍以早期发现,早期诊断和早期手术切除为主。而我们所采用的直肠拉网直肠脱落细胞检查法,对早期诊断直肠癌起到了较好的作用。 我们认为,直肠拉网法,取材简单,操作方便、安全,病人痛苦少,也不需要特殊设备,适用于医院门诊和普查。对直肠癌的早期诊断提供了一个简便有效的方法。现将用具和方法介绍如下,供防癌战线同志们研究改进。 一,采取直肠脱落细胞的用具:
