1、前言这项研究所要探讨的问题是钢材施行碳化钛涂覆(TiC coating,碳化物涂复盖法的一种)后的耐磨损性。为了使碳化钛层析出,可以使用化学气相沉积和物理气相沉积两种方法,本实验采用的处理方法是前者,碳化层的析出是使用化学方法的结果。使用化学的方法(CVD),沉积TiC、TiN、CrC、FeB等各种碳化物的涂覆层,它们都被看作是有效果的,处理的温度通常要达到930~1070℃的高温。适用于切削用的硬质合金工具(WC粉末冶金)。由于反应是在1000℃左右故实际上是应用了氢还原或热分解
1. Introduction The problem to be explored in this study is the wear resistance of steel after TiC coating (one of the carbide coating methods). In order to deposit titanium carbide layer, two methods, chemical vapor deposition and physical vapor deposition, can be used. The treatment method used in this experiment is the former, and the precipitation of carbide layer is the result of chemical method. Chemical methods (CVD) are used to deposit coatings of various carbides such as TiC, TiN, CrC, FeB and the like, all of which are considered to be effective, at treatment temperatures typically up to 930 to 1070C. Suitable for cutting carbide tools (WC powder metallurgy). Due to the reaction is about 1000 ℃ so it is actually applied hydrogen reduction or thermal decomposition
