进入21世纪以来,社会经济迅猛发展,我国企业之间的竞争异常激烈,尤其是我国加入世界贸易组织以后,市场开放程度不断加深,有关人力资源管理的方法也不断被人们所重视。众所周知,人力资源是企业单位管理的核心,每个企业都是由人组成的,一个团队的凝聚力、向心力在很大程度上决定着这个企业的未来发展。传统的人力资源管理办法过于老套,按照薪酬和奖金的方式对职工进行鼓励虽然短期内可以取得较好效果,但是长此以往却会忽视职工的心理诉求,无视了职工对认可度和主人翁感。政治思想是人力资源能管理的核心,它能够通过弘扬优秀的文化和思想,转变人的观念,树立起职工为企业服务、为百姓服务的理念,让人融入到企业的发展和生存中去,并以企业的发展为最终的目标。本文就结合我国人力资源管理的现状,简单阐述一下如何将政治思想与人力资源管理有机结合起来,从而保证人尽其才、物尽其用,人思所想,切实提高企业的工作水平。
