选用已应用于市场的常规菌草配方,对14株香菇菌株进行常规栽培,测定菌丝的生长速度、长势及子实体的含水量、产量、外观性状等,进行优势菌株的筛选,以获得适合菌草栽培的香菇优势菌株。结果表明:在菌丝的生长速度和长势上,1~3号菌株表现优异,菌丝生长旺盛,颜色纯白;在菌袋重量上,1号菌株下降最少,有利于后期出菇;在子实体含水量上,1号菌株的含水量最低;在子实体的产量上,1和9~11号菌株子实体的鲜重较重;在外观性状上,综合考虑子实体的菌盖直径、菌盖厚度、菌柄长度和菌柄直径,1和9号菌株适合市场化栽培。综合各因素,最终筛选出1号菌株(LC236)为最适合菌草栽培的中温型香菇菌株,其子实体大且饱满,产量高,含水量低。
Fourteen strains of Lentinula edodes were cultivated by conventional grass mushroom formula that has been applied to the market. The growth speed, growth, moisture content, yield and appearance of the mycelium were measured, and the dominant strains were screened to obtain suitable Lentinula edodes dominant strains of mushroom cultivation. The results showed that strains 1 ~ 3 showed excellent mycelial growth and growth on hypha growth, the mycelium grew vigorously and the color was white. On the weight of bagging, strain No.1 decreased least, which was beneficial to fruiting in the late stage. The water content of No.1 strain was the lowest on the water body. The fruiting bodies of No.1 and No.9-11 strains were heavier and heavier on the yield of fruiting body. On the appearance characters, Cover thickness, stipe length and stipe diameter, strains 1 and 9 are suitable for market cultivation. Based on all the factors, the strain LC236 was selected as the most suitable strain for cultivation of Mushroom grass. Its fruiting bodies were large and full, with high yield and low water content.
