为探讨硝酸异山梨醇酯雾化吸入对支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)液中内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响及对哮喘的治疗作用,用卵蛋白复制豚鼠哮喘模型,观察其BAL液中ET和NO水平及气道的病理变化;结果发现硝酸异山梨醇酯能分别升高和降低哮喘豚鼠BAL液中的NO水平及ET水平,并使其气道的炎症反应减轻。提示硝酸异山醇酯雾化吸入有利于哮喘的治疗。
To investigate the effect of inhalation of isosorbide dinitrate on endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid and its therapeutic effect on asthma, the guinea pig asthma model was replicated with ovalbumin, The levels of ET and NO in BAL fluid and the pathological changes of airway were observed. It was found that isosorbide dinitrate increased and decreased the level of NO and ET in BAL fluid of asthmatic guinea pigs respectively and relieved the airway inflammatory reaction . Tip isosanol alcohol nitrate spray inhalation is conducive to the treatment of asthma.
