我国的供销合作社是一个系统性很强的全国合作组织,它覆盖了我国的乡镇到县、市、省乃至全国总社,并拥有雄厚的社有资源。当前社会的迅猛发展与市场经济体制的转变,使供销合作社机构合并、企业改制、重组,各级行政机构的管理变化使社有资产流失严重,大大的削弱了供销合作社的经济实力,影响了供销合作社的生存和发展。目前为了配合农村日新月异的建设发展,国务院要求加快供销社的改革与发展,这给供销社带来了新的机遇。在新的形势下如何对供销社的资产进行监管
