目的:探索和比较伞形科植物莱阳沙参茎叶与根各种溶剂提取液吸收光谱的异同,为莱阳沙参茎叶的质量鉴定及质量标准的制定及开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用测定莱阳沙参茎叶与根的石油醚、乙醚、氯仿、乙醇等溶剂提取物的UV-Vis吸收光谱。结果:莱阳沙参茎叶与根各种溶剂提取物的UV-Vis吸收光谱不同。结论:UV-Vis吸收光谱可以为莱阳沙参的鉴别提供全面信息,为莱阳沙参茎叶的后续研究及开发利用奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To explore and compare the absorption spectra of various extracts of Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza from the umbrella plants of Umbrella, and to provide a scientific basis for the quality identification of stem and leaf of Radix Astragali and the development and utilization of quality standards. Methods: The UV-Vis absorption spectra of solvent extracts of stem and leaf of Radix Laiyang were determined by petroleum ether, ether, chloroform and ethanol. Results: The UV-Vis absorption spectra of various solvent extracts of Radix Astragali were different. Conclusion: UV-Vis absorption spectrum can provide comprehensive information for the identification of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, which lays the foundation for the follow-up research and development and utilization of Radix Salvia miltiorrhiza.
