Construction workers research and develop housing traps Ji Junling was born in rural Suining County, northern Jiangsu. A few years ago, he went to a construction site in Hangzhou to work and rented a small bungalow. It took a few days to live in, and a heavy rain fell on it one night. Within a short time, the roof began to leak. Just ten minutes later, Ji Junling’s bed and luggage were wet and he was soaked. Ji Junling thought that he was doing construction work, and solving the problem of leaking from the roof should be a trivial matter. The next day, he brought sand and cement back from the construction workers and blocked the cracks on the roof of the house one by one. It was not long before it was discovered that this trick could not completely cure the leak. When the rain started, the roof was basically not leaky, but it was still leaking when the rain was heavy. He climbed onto the roof and saw that there were many small cracks in the area where the cement and sandstone was plugged.
