对于基层事业单位来说,岗位设置直接关系到基层事业单位内部管理效率,对于基层事业单位公共服务水平的提升也有着重要影响。本文针对基层事业单位岗位设置有关问题,首先简要概述了岗位设置的概念以及目前基层事业单位岗位设置中存在的问题,并就改进完善基层事业单位岗位设置有关内容,进行了系统的论述分析。
