在我国这样一个多民族国家,少数民族权利保护问题是一个极为重要的问题。我国历来十分重视并不断加强对于少数民族权利的保护。与其他国家和区域相比,我国少数民族权利保护有着诸多优势,但也存在着一些不足。通过比较研究我国与其他国家和区域保护少数民族权利的立法与实践,可以为完善我国少数民族权利保护提供可行的路径选择。
In a multi-ethnic country like ours, the issue of the protection of the rights of ethnic minorities is an extremely important one. Our country has always attached great importance to and continuously strengthened the protection of the rights of ethnic minorities. Compared with other countries and regions, the protection of the rights of ethnic minorities in our country has many advantages, but there are also some shortcomings. By comparing the legislation and practice of protecting the rights of ethnic minorities between our country and other countries and regions, we can provide a viable alternative to improve the protection of ethnic minorities in our country.
