世界专利WO2007 117079中公布了韩国KE&C股份有限公司研制的一种高性能Cu合金材料。这种Cu合金具有制造成本低、高强度、高硬度、高耐冲击能力等特点。采用该Cu合金制造的机械零部件具有较长的使用寿命,从而大大降低了机械的使用和维护成本。该Cu合金的主要化学成分的质量分数为:3%~16%Zn,0.5%~7%Si,0.5%~5%Sn,0.5%~5%Mn,0.5%~3%Fe,0.5%~3%Al,0.1%~3%Ni,0.1%~0.15%P,其余是Cu。该Cu合金适于制造承受重载荷的轴承、齿轮和蜗轮等零部件。
World patent WO2007 117079 discloses a high-performance Cu alloy material developed by Korea KE & C Co., Ltd. This Cu alloy with low manufacturing costs, high strength, high hardness, high impact resistance and other characteristics. The mechanical parts made of the Cu alloy have a long service life, which greatly reduces the mechanical use and maintenance costs. The main chemical components of the Cu alloy have the following mass percentages: 3% to 16% of Zn, 0.5% to 7% of Si, 0.5% to 5% of Sn, 0.5% to 5% of Mn, 3% Al, 0.1% -3% Ni, 0.1% -0.15% P and the balance being Cu. The Cu alloy is suitable for the manufacture of heavy-duty bearings, gears and worm gears and other components.
