社会文明和经济发展至今,我们可以发现与一百年前相比,农民已不再是最庞大的阶级,而资产阶级虽然壮大却还不足以以压倒性的优势力量统治世界。所以目前世界上最大的阶级竟然是发展不过两百多年的工人阶级。在压迫之下,他们选择联合,团结,统一来反抗,来争取政治经济和生活上的平等,这就是工会。本文将从三个方面来阐述工会的兴致,包括他的成立意义,中外工会差别以及工会会员资格问题。
