Dear Editor,rnInfections are a common cause of stroke,and tuberculosis is one of the most dangerous causes of central nervous system (CNS) diseases [1].For example,cerebral infarction is a relatively common and serious CNS disease associated with tuberculosis [2].Patients with intrasellar tuberculosis are extremely rare [3],and stroke caused by primary pituitary tuberculosis has not yet been reported.
