东府[2012]183号各镇人民政府(街道办事处),市府直属各单位:现将《东莞市举报违法犯罪奖励办法》印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2012年11月18日东莞市举报违法犯罪奖励办法第一条为鼓励广大市民积极举报违法犯罪行为,严厉打击违法犯罪,根据有关法律法规的规定,制定本办法。第二条对本市行政区域内实施的违法犯罪行为的举报,适用本办法。第三条本办法所称举报,是指举报人主动向本市公安机关检举、揭发违法犯罪事实或提供证据线索的行为,具体包括:
