目的探索多糖、氨基酸、微量元素在荔波产两种铁皮石斛不同部位中的含量。方法应用硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量;酸水解-阳离子交换分离-茚三酮柱后衍生-外标法定性定量测定氨基酸种类及含量;原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素含量。结果两种铁皮石斛茎中的多糖含量在24.70%~28.99%之间,叶片多糖含量分别为12.94%和14.95%。氨基酸含量上茎分别为41.08mg/g和43.78 mg/g,下茎分别为23.33 mg/g和25.89 mg/g,叶片氨基酸含量最高,分别为92.32mg/g和96.96mg/g。两种铁皮石斛各部位均含有人体必需的7种微量元素K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn。结论荔波产两种铁皮石斛多糖含量茎中明显高于叶片,但在上下茎间差别不大;氨基酸在叶片中含量最高,下茎最低,但在相同部位差别不大;除Fe外,叶片中微量元素含量明显高于茎。
Objective To explore the contents of polysaccharides, amino acids and trace elements in two parts of Dendrobium officinale grown in Libo. Methods The content of polysaccharides was determined by sulfuric acid - phenol method. The content of amino acids was determined qualitatively and quantitatively by acid hydrolysis - cation exchange separation - ninhydrin post - column derivatization - external standard method. The content of trace elements was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The contents of polysaccharides in two stems of D. officinale ranged from 24.70% to 28.99%, and the contents of polysaccharides in leaves were 12.94% and 14.95%, respectively. The amino acids content of upper stem were 41.08mg / g and 43.78mg / g, the lower stems were 23.33 mg / g and 25.89 mg / g respectively, and the highest content of amino acids was 92.32mg / g and 96.96mg / g respectively. The two parts of Dendrobium both contain seven essential trace elements K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn and Zn. Conclusion The contents of polysaccharides in two species of Dendrobium candidum in Libo were significantly higher than those in leaves, but not in the upper and lower stems. The content of amino acids in the leaves was the highest but the stems were the lowest, but the differences were not significant in the same parts. The contents of trace elements were significantly higher than the stems.
