为完善安全系统学理论,本文对安全协同理论开展系统研究。首先,基于协同理论,论证协同理论应用于安全系统学研究实践的可行性和合理性。其次,提出安全协同理论,并用安全目标关联维度概括安全协同理论的研究范畴。最后,提炼出安全协同理论7条重要的下属应用原理,即安全协同竞争原理、安全不稳定性原理、安全涨落原理、安全序参量原理、安全伺服原理、安全自组织原理、安全协同效应原理,并分别对其内涵进行详细阐述。结果表明,安全协同理论可揭示安全系统内的运行机制和一般规律,可为安全系统分析、评价及对策措施提供新的方法和思路。
In order to perfect the safety system theory, this paper carries out a systematic study of safety coordination theory. First of all, based on the theory of collaboration, the feasibility and rationality of applying synergistic theory to safety system research are demonstrated. Secondly, this paper puts forward the theory of safety coordination and summarizes the research scope of safety coordination theory with the safety goal-related dimension. Finally, seven important subordinate application principles of safety coordination theory are extracted, that is, the principle of safety coordination and competition, the principle of safety instability, the principle of safety fluctuation, the principle of safety order parameter, the principle of safety servo, the principle of safety self-organization and the principle of safety synergy , And separately elaborated on its connotation. The results show that the safety coordination theory can reveal the operating mechanism and general rules in the safety system, and provide new methods and ideas for the safety system analysis, evaluation and countermeasures.
