临床实习是护生由学校转向护士的过渡阶段,根据相关法律规定,护生只有在职业护士的严密监督和指导下进行各种临床护理工作。然而近年来护生在护理工作过程中发生的护理纠纷比例较前提高,并且多发在无老师的指导下进行的操作过程中,特别是与患者的语言沟通艺术的不擅长居首位。深究其原因:护生由学校到医院还未完成角色的转换,缺乏社会经验,特别是人际交往、语言沟通的技巧以及职业道德、法律意识淡薄是引起护生实习差错
