我厂在加工四千马力16240ZB柴油机机体缸孔、油泵孔、挺杆孔、曲轴孔和凸轮轴孔的过程中,由于使用了可转位组合镗刀,带来了一系列的技术、经济和管理上的好效果,现介绍如下。一、可转位组合镗刀的结构机体缸孔、油泵孔和挺杆孔是采用悬臂镗杆进行加工的,其直径分别为:缸孔φ 300H7、油泵孔φ 92H7,挺杆孔φ 76H7。采用的组合镗刀结构如图1。
