甘油试验对梅尼埃病诊断有重要意义,但传统的纯音测听甘油试验敏感性欠佳。本组病例传统的纯音测听甘油试验结果均为阴性,数日后再行耳蜗电图甘油试验,显示SP振幅及-SP/AP比值减小,表明耳蜗电图甘油试验是诊断梅尼埃病的一种更为客观、可靠且阳性率高的方法。 临床资料 患者8例10耳,男4例5耳,女1例5耳,平均年龄47.5岁。均以反复发作、进行性加重的眩晕、耳鸣、听力下降等症状就诊。耳镜检查鼓膜无异常,纯音测听呈感音神经性聋,声导抗检查提示有重振现象。符合1996年10月中华医学会制订
