黄芪是一种传统的中药,临床应用十分广泛,中医用以补气固表、利尿托毒、排脓、敛疮生肌等。近年来,随着中药研究的发展,人们改变了传统的用药方法,将注射剂应用于中药制剂中,为了更好的控制药物的质量,确保用药安全有效,我们采用正交试验法探讨了黄芪注射液与10％葡萄糖注射液配伍后影响药物稳定性的主要因素,为临床用药提供理论依据。
