用DSC和小药量固体炸药热爆炸临界温度法测定了以HMX/TATB为基的高聚物粘结炸药的热性能 ,研究了TATB、含氟粘结剂、铝粉、石蜡等组分对HMX热感度的影响。结果表明 :单质TATB炸药只有一个放热峰 ,而TATB炸药中加入 5%粘结剂后有两个放热峰。在HMX/TATB高聚物粘结炸药配方中 ,当HMX含量达到 4 0 %以上时 ,DSC峰温与HMX峰温接近。TATB含量对HMX的 10 0 0s热爆炸临界温度有较大影响 ,当TATB含量在 80 %左右时 ,热爆炸临界温度显著提高。
The thermal properties of HMX / TATB-based high polymer bonded explosives were determined by DSC and small-volume solid explosive thermal explosion critical temperature method. The effects of TATB, fluorine-containing binder, aluminum powder and paraffin HMX thermal sensitivity. The results show that there is only one exothermic peak for elemental TATB explosive and two exothermic peaks for 5% binder for TATB explosive. In the HMX / TATB polymer bonded explosives formula, when the HMX content reaches 40% or more, the DSC peak temperature and HMX peak temperature close. The TATB content has a great influence on the critical temperature of the 100s heat explosion of HMX. When the TATB content is about 80%, the critical temperature of thermal explosion increases significantly.
