对 SHS/ PHIP技术制备出的 Ti C- Al2 O3/ Fe复合材料的性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明 ,Ti C- Al2 O3/Fe复合材料具有良好的综合力学性能。材料具有很高的比刚度。金属 Fe相的加入 ,较大地提高了材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性。 Ti C- Al2 O3复相陶瓷为典型的脆性断裂 ;随着 Fe含量的增加 ,材料具有明显韧性断裂的特征
The properties of Ti-Al 2 O 3 / Fe composite prepared by SHS / PHIP technology were tested and analyzed. The results show that Ti C Al 2 O 3 / Fe composites have good mechanical properties. The material has a high specific stiffness. Addition of metal Fe phase greatly improves the flexural strength and fracture toughness of the material. Ti C A Al 2 O 3 composite ceramics is a typical brittle fracture; with the increase of Fe content, the material has obvious characteristics of ductile fracture
