近年甜菜夜蛾在转基因抗虫棉田发生为害呈上升趋势 ,本研究室内测定了转单价基因 ( Bt)棉和转双价基因 ( Bt+ Cp TI)棉对该种害虫的抗性。结果表明 ,转 Bt基因棉对甜菜夜蛾低龄幼虫的抗性优于转双价基因棉 ,而转双价基因棉对高龄幼虫的抗性优于转 Bt基因棉 ,但两种转基因棉对高龄幼虫的控制作用均不太理想。大面积推广种植转基因抗虫棉可能使棉田农业生态系统及及其生物群落的结构与功能发生了某些变化 ,从而有利于甜菜夜蛾的发生为害
In recent years, the damage caused by beet armyworm in transgenic insect-resistant cotton was on the rise. In this study, we measured the resistance of Bt cotton and Bt + Cp TI cotton to this pest. The results showed that transgenic Bt cotton had lower resistance to lower-instar larvae of B. litura than transgenic Bt cotton, while transgenic Bt cotton had higher resistance to advanced larvae than Bt transgenic cotton, Larvae control are less than ideal. The large-scale popularization of transgenic Bt cotton may cause some changes to the structure and function of agro-ecological system and its biomes in cotton field, which is beneficial to the occurrence of Beet armyworm
